From this perspective, the investigation aimed to analyze playful experiences lived with children in a non-formal space, the Happy Child Program, considering their contributions to my initial training as a teacher. Regarding the problem, the research was guided by the following question: in what aspects did playful experiences lived with children in a non-formal space, namely, the Happy Child Program, contribute to my initial training as a teacher? This is a qualitative research, configured in the autobiographical, memorialistic and narrative modalities, in which the results were analyzed from a phenomenological perspective and organized into three episodes of playful experiences, expressed in the use of music, modeling clay and drawing/painting with children.
