This is because operational continuity is vital for the production process, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptions. Effective maintenance techniques are implemented to prevent unplanned interruptions in production, caused by unexpected failures, which can have a detrimental impact on productivity. Predictive maintenance strategies, such as data analysis and continuous monitoring, are employed to identify equipment issues before they lead to failures, thus ensuring the availability and reliability of assets. Vibration analysis, a common technique used in predictive maintenance, allows for the early detection of potential problems by measuring machine-generated vibrations and identifying operating patterns. It indicates the need for maintenance intervention before serious failures occur. Accelerometers, used to measure these vibration responses, can be mounted on structures in various ways. It's crucial to select the appropriate mounting method, as it directly influences the accelerometer's usable frequency range and impacts the accuracy of results obtained. Magnetic mounting is one of the preferred methods due to its ease of installation and removal, providing flexibility in sensor placement and streamlining the measurement process while minimizing costs associated with sensor quantity. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of frequency responses obtained by different types of magnetic mounting, considering variations in sizes, attraction force, and models of magnetic bases. In this investigation, a mapping and classification of importance criteria will be conducted to identify the most effective approach.
