In the present study used data from the Network Project Environmental and climate changes Pará: A perspective of integrated studies collected from a micrometeorological tower in Caxiuanã Bay. Flow components balance sensible and latent representative heat less rainy period, between 01/10 and 31/10/2012 were evaluated. The weather data, including wind and temperature were measured in an automatic weather station on top of the tower. The fluxes of latent and sensible heat were measured using the technique of eddy covariance. The objective of this study was to evaluate the temporal variations of the flow of sensible and latent heat and watch when it is most significant heat loss through convection and advection processes in the Caxiuanã Bay-PA. The water temperature was always higher than the air temperature. The magnitude of the wind speed was higher during the day and the prevailing direction is from the northeast. The sensible heat flux measured generally remained on most days above the estimated flow sensitive. There are an over estimate of the flow of latent heat when the water temperature used to calculate the saturation pressure of steam. The values of the latent heat fluxes measured and estimated values were positive mainly day.
