In this area, migmatitic gneisses were described with lamellar portions of amphibolites; granitoids with granodioritic and tonalitic composition; monzogranite and mafic dikes. In this area, migmatitic gneisses were described with lamellar portions of amphibolites; granitoids with granodioritic and tonalitic composition; monzogranite and mafic dikes. The gneisses and granites are representatives of Guianense Complex, Paleoproterozoic age, and reworked by deformation. The mafic dikes are included in magmatic event of the Permo-Triassic called Cassiporé Mafic Dikes. The large-scale structural features were extracted from remote sensing images (Geocover, SRTM, SAR-Sipam and aerogeophysical), supplemented with the data obtained in the field work. The processing and analysis of the sensors revealed lineaments and planar features with regional features, showing preferential NW-SE direction, generated during the Transamazonian Event, under the active continental margin regime by the collision between Maecuru and Oiapoque blocks (2.18 -2.13 Ga). The data suggest uplift of the Sierra Lombarda in compressive regime. The sinistral transcurrent tectonics (from 2.11 to 2.08 Ga) printed on the rocks NE-SW lineaments and provided inflections of pre-existing structural features.
