Given this context, the present study aims to analyze the variability of execution costs of monitored continuous flight auger piles through the application of the Monte Carlo Method, using as a case study the execution of 443 piles at Parque da Cidade, in Belém, Pará. The research is characterized as a case study, with a quantitative approach, developed from field data collected during the execution of the works, covering drilling, grouting and productivity parameters. The data were processed in a spreadsheet, in which the theoretical concrete volume, the percentage of excess in relation to the executed volume and the execution times of each stage were calculated, converted into cost through reference market unit prices, compatible with the SEDOP-PA and SINAPI composition structure. The Monte Carlo simulation, with 1,000 iterations, allowed estimating the probability distribution of the execution cost per pile, obtaining a simulated average cost of R$ 2,548.72, with a confidence interval between R$ 2,336.14 (P10) and R$ 2,770.42 (P90). The results show that execution variability, when not incorporated into budget planning, produces cost estimates that are not very representative of the actual site conditions, reinforcing the relevance of stochastic models as a decision support tool in foundation works.
