Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8481The Convent of Santo Antônio is one of the oldest buildings in Belém do Pará, built in the first decades of the 17th century by the Franciscan friars, and has undergone several restoration processes and historical episodes. In one of the galleries facing the cloister of the Convent, is the former Chapter Room of the Franciscans, currently functioning as the Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes, which has a rich collection of historical tile panels, that are among the oldest catalogued in the city and that recount the history of moments in the life of San Francisco. Despite the value of this tile, it should be noted that the images are not complete, because there are many missing pieces that were replaced by repeated and/or random pieces at the time of laying the tiles, which makes it difficult to read the panels.
