Its general objective is to analyze the treatment of the services offered in IEMCI Library, through the practice of marketing buzz disseminated by users in this way to promote real user growth and serve as a starting point a model for other libraries and specific objectives: identify how is done the dissemination of information; evaluate the divulgation of the library in society and the degree of user satisfaction. It is characterized as a descriptive research with a quantitative approach in the form of case studies on application of buzz marketing IEMCI Library. It was used the questionnaire as a data collection instruments. The result of the analysis proposed in this research shows, in general, that the practice of marketing buzz has caused the real user growth IEMCI Library because the level of attractiveness has prompted the user to disseminate the library name.
