Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/10015This research presents a descriptive case study of the experience of disseminating collections within the context of the extension project "Difundindo Arquivos, Revelando Memórias e Narrando Histórias" (Phase II) of the School of Archival Science of the Federal University of Pará. This project is the result of the "Difundindo Arquivos" project, which aimed to disseminate collections from several institutions in Pará, including the Satyro de Mello Phonotheque, linked to the Pará Cultural Foundation. This project involved on-site visits, semi-structured interviews with the institution's staff, and bibliographies related to the institution's history. The study concludes that, based on the audiovisual product developed by the project participants, the Phonotheque is an important disseminator of Pará and national culture in its most varied musical genres, such as classical music, MPB, Brega, and others.
