The study employs a qualitative approach and applies documentary research to CMEB Resolution No. 08/2022, which establishes the political-pedagogical and curricular guidelines of the Municipal Education Network of Bragança, followed by analysis of discursive statements based on the Discourse Genres of Mikhail Bakhtin's Circle. The results indicate that, although the municipal documents show progress in recognizing the child as a subject of rights and in incorporating principles of anti-racist education, silences persist regarding the specificities of Black children; the Municipal Policy for Early Childhood Education has been gradually incorporating statements that affirm identities, memories, and belonging, aligning itself with national legislation and reinterpreting it in dialogue with the Amazonian reality.
