Acesso:https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9714Green areas and collective spaces play, within the school environment, a social role of interpersonal and socio-spatial integration, fostering a sense of belonging and appreciation of the school as a place not only for learning, but also for relationships and permanence. Currently, this function is being lost, as the use of technologies replaces physical interactions, whether interpersonal or with the environment. Based on this, this study aims to discuss the feasibility and importance of the natural environment and landscape as an integral part of school education, addressing the topic through the implementation of landscaping in collaboration with students, not only as clients and users, but as active agents in the production of the project and the maintenance of the space.
