Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8734This study, developed within the Undergraduate Program in Theater at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), is based on Autoethnography and presents itself as a narrative process through which the artist reflects on her cultural and pedagogical trajectory. The writing adopts the form of a memorial, functioning as a bridge between memory and creation, and aims not only to describe but to communicate meanings (Fortin, 2009). Storytelling is investigated as a poetic pedagogical tool capable of fostering social interaction among communities and strengthening cultural reconnection. In this context, the body is considered a central medium for transmitting knowledge and meanings, aligning with Zumthor’s (2000) assertion that “performance is the only living mode of poetic communication.” The research draws on the dissertation of Marluce Silva (2019) in the PPGARTES program, as well as the works of Ana Maria Machado (2001), which highlight the importance of a sensitive, creative, and emancipatory education. Each narrative is understood as a thread that interlaces pre-existing stories, sustaining and transmitting them across generations. In this sense, traditional narratives are considered cultural heritage, entrusted to the voice as a means of strengthening regional culture, expanding knowledge, and preserving collective identity.
