For this purpose, the rates obtained were compared with those from other institutions, such as the Department of Urban Development and Public Works of the State of Pará (SEDOP), the National System of Construction Cost and Indexes Research (SINAPI), and the Price Composition Table for Budgeting (TCPO). Data on labor and material consumption and costs were collected on-site using direct appropriation forms. Thus, values for man-hours, the amount of work completed per worker, and the materials required for each activity were recorded. Activity productivity was calculated using the Unit Production Rate (RUP), representing the relationship between man-hours and the amount of work executed.
