Because of it the position of workers is key so that they will not suffer any injuries or accidents during work and it may harm your health. In order to improve the progress of the researched company conducted a study involving the evaluation of postures through OWAS method and calculation for the weight limit and lifting index by NIOSH equation. For it was drawn up questionnaires, interviews, photographs, visits to collect data and evaluate them. The use of a 75 cm height countertop so that the chicken boxes stay at an affordable time to workers do not do much physical effort and can improve extremely harmful postures were found to workers and as a way to improve them it was recommended the postures, and decrease by lifting boxes do not exceed the weight limit and thus lowering the lifting index. As well as training and the rotation of workers to improve the working and lower overhead.
