The objective is to address the importance of theatrical games and their use as a didactic resource to develop critical thinking, personal analysis and conflict resolution. This process was chosen based on the need to investigate communication and the effect it had on the institution. Bearing in mind the need for quality in the organizational environment, methodologies inspired by the Theater of the Oppressed method are proposed, described in three phases: Where it all began; Ability to recognize yourself in space; Games and learning.
