In young people, around 13 to 14 years old, they have an incidence rate of 28.2 cases per 1,000 per year. Objective: To report a late postoperative analysis of a dental reimplantation. Methodology: This is a case study carried out during the practical classes of the discipline of Propaedeutics I of the Dentistry Course at the Federal University of Pará. Results: He reported having suffered an accidental fall, causing tooth 11 to be avulsed. After the accident, the patient stored the tooth in a container without adequate solution, and went to a private dental clinic 24 hours after the accident, after 4 months He presented previous dental inclination, mobility and presence of fistula.
