Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9601This Undergraduate Thesis analyzes the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on appraisal engineering, conducting a comparative study between traditional methods and digital tools applied to the apartment market. The main objective was to verify the efficacy and regulatory compliance of algorithm-based platforms against the rigor criteria established by NBR 14653. The methodology was structured under the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) process, utilizing the Amostrando and Marvin GPT tools for data collection and processing (web scraping), while the TSSISREG software acted as a benchmark for validating statistical calculations. The results showed significant gains in productivity and data volume; however, they revealed critical limitations regarding "noise" (logical inconsistencies) and temporal lag in the samples.
