The methodology involves the analysis of remote monitoring data collected over the operation period, complemented by simulations using specialized software. Bifacial modules can achieve efficiency gains of up to 20%, particularly in environments with high ground reflectivity. These gains depend on installation height, orientation, and environmental conditions. The results indicate that rooftop installations should be carefully planned considering these variables to optimize energy generation. This work provides technical support for the design of photovoltaic systems in urban environments, concluding that bifacial modules have the potential to increase energy production; however, their performance must be carefully evaluated according to the specific conditions of each installation. Therefore, the choice between module types should take into account economic and environmental factors to ensure the best return on investment.
