It covers a brief background of origin, explain its characteristics and also the use of them in the classroom. Also discusses if the stories in comic books can be considered sources of information. This article uses bibliographic and electronic researches as methodology, in addition to the application of a questionnaire introduced to students of the course of librarianship.
