Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/10345This paper presents an analysis of the Internship in School Management and Pedagogical Coordination carried out in public schools in Belém, within the context of the Undergraduate Degree in Pedagogy at UFPA. The study aims to verify the importance of the subject Internship in School Management and Pedagogical Coordination in the training of Pedagogy students at the Federal University of Pará, Belém campus, emphasizing the articulation between theory and practice, the development of professional skills, and the strengthening of professional identity. The theoretical framework draws on authors such as Libâneo (2008; 2011), Oliveira and Varques (2018), as well as current educational legislation, highlighting concepts of management, pedagogical coordination, and inclusive practices. The research adopts a qualitative approach, using content analysis of interns’ reports, observations, and activity records to identify categories such as inclusion, theory–practice integration, communication, school management, and critical reflections on the educational environment. The results show that the Internship in School Management and Pedagogical Coordination provides meaningful experiences, promoting learning about democratic leadership, active participation in the teaching-learning process, and efficient management practices.
