A nanometer device should this on a scale of approximately 1 to 100 nm. This work will address N & N applications in molecular electronics, being a promising area to develop highly efficient devices, for example, carbon nanotubes can be used to produce nanoelectronic devices (nanotrasistor, nanodiodo, etc.) with high resistance mechanical, highly flexible, supporting high temperatures and high ability to carry electrical current. Among the biggest investors in N & N are the USA and Japan, specifically in nanoelectronic devices applications.
