Data collection included documentary research with the Real Estate Registry Offices, the Benevides City Hall collection, a bibliographic survey, QGIS software application and field consultation using GNSS RTK CHCNav model 150, RPA Phantom 4 PRO. The main objective of this work was to demonstrate the applicability of a process of land regularization, an important initiative for areas of urban expansion with dynamics of spontaneous occupation in the Metropolitan Region of Belém.
