Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/7985The present work aims to convey the hegelian view on the conceptual relationship between the meaning of philosophy and the notion of the State as the effectiveness of the ethical idea. For this purpose, we expose the elements that characterize philosophy, starting from the Encyclopaedia of the Philosophical Sciences, in order to establish a connection with Right as a development of the idea of freedom from which we build upon Hegel's Philosophy of Right.Initially, the particular meaning of reason is mobilized as a concept framed in reality and developed by itself through mediations structured within totality. In addition, the articulation between the moments of the idea of Right and its arrangement elevated to the ethical life is exposed to present how the idea of the State derives from the same dynamic of Reason integrated in totality: according to Hegel, Right develops itself until it reaches the supreme stage of free will characteristic of freedom. Therefore, the philosophical apprehension of Right requires the rationalization of its content which, in turn, actualizes its own form and, in this way, situates its procedure in the dialectical conception of reality. For this reason, it is sought to clarify this connection between philosophy and Right in the institutionalization of ethical life in the idea of the State and its realization in the so-called objective spirit.Acesso AbertoEstadoFilosofia do DireitoLiberdadeEticidadeHegelStatePhilosophy of RightFreedomEthical lifeCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::FILOSOFIAEticidade e Razão: fundamentos filosóficos do Estado ético hegelianoEthical life and Reason: philosophical foundations of the Hegelian Ethical StateTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - ArtigoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International
