This assessment is based on the results obtained from the extension project entitled "Combustion Engine Maintenance Course," carried out by students from the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Federal University of Pará, Tucuruí Campus. This project is the result of collaboration between the university and the local community, aiming in the long term to provide a qualified workforce to meet the region's employment demands.
