However, many municipal school networks still face difficulties related to the computerization of school management, maintaining manual processes that compromise administrative efficiency, information security, and decision-making. Given this scenario, it is proposed to develop a web-based Municipal School Management System capable of integrating administrative and academic processes, spanning from student enrollment to municipal school management. The development of the system was conducted through research on school management, requirements gathering, business rules definition, database modeling, and system architecture design. As a result, a web system was developed with different access levels for administrator, principal, secretary, teacher, and student, enabling the management of enrollments, classes, subjects, attendance, grades, academic records, academic calendar, and management reports.
