This fact contributes to the increase of real estate investment, for reasons that are still considered conservative and as it is the most stable mean for a financial investment. In this sense, this work aimed to analyze the profitability in different types of real estate in the city of Belém do Pará. With this premise, four statistical models of sale and rent were developed for each typology: apartments and commercial buildings. Through these models and simulations, it was possible to identify the profitability by dividing the rental value over the sale value.
