At the project level, a children's cultural center will be developed in an area of socioeconomic vulnerability in the capital of Pará. A data study was carried out to locate the areas of greatest need in Belém based on indices published by IBGE and IVS, in order to find a lot that was suitable for implementing the project, with the Telégrafo neighborhood fitting the criteria. In addition, case research was developed, studying projects with similar themes in Brazil and the world; study of standards, zoning legislation and the immediate surroundings of the lot. Based on the research carried out, the development of the study began with a program of needs, sectorization, volumes, verification of wind direction and lighting with the aim of achieving the best use of the designed building.
