Thus the authors referenced in this report give the theoretical support to the development of the experience and to the report consolidated herein. At the end of this report it is understood that being a teacher of a multi-grade school of the rural school, goes beyond teaching the students, because it is understood that it is necessary to make a difference, respecting the existence of diverse times and ways of being, living and producing . And what model of serial and multi-syllabic education must be (re) seen. However, one should not lose sight of the complexity of the rural school setting.
