The research, which employed a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative), was conducted in three stages: a bibliographic survey (2014–2023) of master's theses and educational products from the repositories of nine Professional Graduate Programs in Science and Biology Education located in the Legal Amazon; the selection and analysis of products based on descriptors such as educational level, curricular content, didacticmethodological resources, interdisciplinarity, inclusion, and Amazonian contextualization; and, finally, the editing and layout of the catalog in e-book format, as part of the *Science Teaching in Schools* Collection. As a research output, the catalog was structured into five thematic units: (I) Understanding Amazonian Biodiversity; (II) Living Amazon: Ancestral Knowledge and Forest Sciences; (III) Socio-environmental Education; (IV) Non-formal Educational Spaces; and (V) Teacher Training for the Amazonian Context—themes that promote the valuing of local knowledge and encourage educational practices that address the region's socio-environmental challenges. The results revealed a predominance of inquiry-based teaching strategies— particularly didactic sequences that foster problem-posing and active student participation—alongside the use of educational games and support materials (booklets, guides, and e-books). The study concludes that the catalog serves as a significant tool for bridging the gap between academic output and school practices, while also increasing the visibility of scientific production and contributing to initial and continuing teacher training that recognizes and integrates local knowledge and Amazonian cultural diversity.Acesso AbertoEducaçãoAmazônia LegalCatálogo DigitalContextualizaçãoEducationLegal AmazonDigital CatalogyContextualization.CNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOContextos amazônicos no ensino de ciências: elaboração de um Catálogo Digital de Produtos Educacionais para a formação docenteTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - ArtigoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
