The study aimed to record and analyze the principal ideas expressed by the authors in each of their publications. The specific objectives were: to identify and compile the authors’ works; to locate these works for acquisition and consultation; to organize the existing literature into systematic frameworks; to read and critically engage with the selected works; and to systematize their contents through conceptual maps, outlines, summaries, reviews, and other analytical instruments. Methodologically, this research is bibliographic in nature and is characterized as a stateof-the-knowledge study. Research conducted by various educational research groups has traditionally highlighted men of letters and science. Regarding women and education, however, it is now possible to identify a substantial body of female intellectual production in both Brazil and Argentina, produced by women who have continuously engaged in struggles of resistance and re-existence in favor of early childhood education, advocating for the inalienable right to education for all Brazilian and Argentine children. Patriarchal and sexist structures inherited from the colonial process in South America have historically rendered the struggles of many women invisible and continue to do so. The authors examined in this study devoted significant efforts to securing a female presence in educational debates and practices despite the challenges of their respective historical periods. If today all children enjoy legally guaranteed educational rights within the educational frameworks of these two countries, it is largely due to the commitment and activism of women such as these. The importance of this study lies in its contribution to understanding intellectual advances that remain highly relevant today, particularly in addressing issues such as decontextualized teaching, violence against children, authoritarianism in schools, discrimination, and prejudice, among other challenges faced in contemporary society. The writings of these women have enabled us to reflect upon and recognize the influence of female intellectuals on the ways Latin America thinks about education in the twenty-first century.Acesso AbertoMapeamento bibliográficoEducação InfantilDireito a EducaçãoBrasilArgentinaBibliographic mappingEarly Childhood EducationRight to EducationBrazilArgentinaCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOLevantamento e mapeamento bibliográfico das obras de Fúlvia Maria de Barros Mott Rosemberg e Juana Paula Manso de NoronhaTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - RelatórioAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
