Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/4568The present article analyzes the students’ perceptive interactions of Altamira-PA’s landscape through the application of mind maps, since mind maps have the ability to express perceptions of the lived world. The results obtained were interpreted by the methodology proposed by Salete Kozel (2007), which is based on a dialogical language in such the reflection of the signs reveals a social and cultural construction . The research was carried out at a public school with students of the 3rd year of high school in February 2017, using 2 hours of class to obtain the drawings. Eight mind maps were selected to be analyzed along with some data obtained through a questionnaire which made it possible to obtain more information to analyze the represented landscapes. The use of this tool was efficient and profitable.
