Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/4701The present work aims to assess the “Programa de Regularização Fundiária da Prefeitura Municipal de Boa Vista” (a Land tenure regularization programme conducted by Boa Vista Prefecture in Brazil), on the aspects concerning land regularization in permanent preservations areas (APP in Portuguese), focusing on the case study that occurred in Olímpico Neighbourhood, at Boa Vista, Roraima. To this intent, it was necessary to verify the legal incidence and the overlapping of urban planning laws, land tenure regularization and environmental rules, in addition to understand social-interests on housing production in Boa Vista, to guarantee references to this discussion.
