The research investigates how patrimonial violence and institutional negligence affect the physical and symbolic integrity of this Afro-Indigenous heritage. Methodologically, the study is based on bibliographic, documentary, and empirical research, featuring semi-structured interviews with local leaders. The analysis reveals that although the Festival is legally recognized as Intangible Heritage (Municipal Law No. 1,052/2024), the persistent destruction of sacred images at the Mystical Complex and the omission of Public Authorities evidence the operation of structural racism and the "whiteness pact." It is concluded that the preservation of King Sabá constitutes an act of political resistance and civilizational continuity in the face of the epistemicide of Afro-Amazonian matrices.
