The objective is to examine the social, economic, cultural, and regional factors that impact the working conditions of these women, focusing on the state of Pará and the city of Belém. The research is characterized as bibliographic and documentary, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using statistical data from the National Household Sample Survey (PNAD) and the Inter-Union Department of Statistics and Socioeconomic Studies (DIEESE). The results indicate that informal labor affects Black women more intensely, especially those residing in peripheral areas and with lower levels of education, highlighting the persistence of structural inequalities in the labor market. It concludes that labor relations are traversed by social markers of gender and race, which contribute to the precariousness of Black women's work, reinforcing the need for public policies aimed at promoting social and labor equity.
