Through a qualitative approach, including a literature review and international case studies, it investigates how these technologies are being integrated into urban management to promote greater efficiency, sustainability, and quality of life. Practical applications, tangible benefits, and critical challenges related to privacy, infrastructure, digital inclusion, and governance are discussed.
