Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9737In this monograph, we investigate the feasibility of modeling a monthly time series of average sunshine duration (recorded at a conventional meteorological station located in the city of Soure over a thirty-year period) by means of state-space modeling, with the aim of imputing the missing observations in that series. Among the models employed in this state-space framework, particular emphasis is given to the local level model with classical seasonality and the linear trend model with classical seasonality.
