2012. 83 f. Trabalho de Curso (Bacharelado em Geologia) - Faculdade de Geologia, Instituto de Geociências, Universidade Federal do Pará, Belém, 2012.Disponível em:http://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/1902. Acesso em:.http://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/1902The TTG units studied are located in the Rio Maria Granite-Greenstone Terrain, located in southeast Amazonian Craton, belonging to Carajás Province. The studies of magnetic susceptibility and Fe and Ti oxide minerals have allowed characterization and individualization of the Mogno Trondhjemite and Mariazinha Tonalite. The Mogno Trondhjemite has low values of magnetic susceptibility, presenting mean values on a scale of magnitude of 10-5 SIv. That reflect the absent of primary magnetite and the predominance of ilmenite in these rocks. The ratio of the modal content of opaque minerals, and the values of magnetic suscebility showed that Mogno Trondhjemite belongs to the ilmenite series. This rock was possibly formed in conditions of low oxygen fugacity (fO2), but above the W-M buffer (Wustite- Magnetite). The Mariazinha Tonalite presents relatively high values of magnetic susceptibility, with values on a scale of magnitude greater than 10-3 SIv, relflecting the greater adundance and better preservation of magnetite crystals. The ratio of the modal content of opaque minerals and the values of magnetic susceptibility shows that to the Mariazinha Tonalite belongs to magnetite series. This rock was formed under more oxidizing than Mogno Trondhjemite, at least above the NNO (Nickel- Nickel Óxide), in conditions of higher fO2. Comparative studies with similar rocks of the Carajás Province, the Mariazinha Tonalite has more magnetic similarities with Arco Verde Tonalite and the gneiss-trondhjemite-tonalite from the Xinguara region and Mogno Trondhjemite has affinity trondhjemíticas varieties of granitoids of the Canaã dos CarajásAcesso AbertoSuscetibilidade MagnéticaPetrologia MagnéticaTerreno Granito - Greenstone de Rio MariaMinerais óxidos de Fe e TiCNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA::GEOCIENCIAS::GEOLOGIAEstudo de suscetibilidade magnética e caracterização dos óxidos de FE e TI do trondhjemito mogno e tonalito mariazinha, terreno granito, greenstone de rio Maria, SE (Pará)Trabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
