The study stems from the problem that traditional methodologies and non-adapted resources can limit learning and hinder the engagement of deaf students in mathematical content. The general objective of this work is to analyze the impacts of using adapted teaching materials on the mathematical learning process of deaf students, thus expanding learning possibilities. It is justified by the need to promote inclusive pedagogical practices that accommodate the specific needs of deaf students. The proposed methodology is qualitative, based on bibliographic research and analysis of adapted materials. It is expected that the study will contribute to the improvement of strategies and reinforce the need for resource adaptation, thus promoting quality in the educational process.
