Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8882This study aims to understand how the tutoring program in the Didactics course, developed at the Faculty of Education – Bragança Campus, was configured as an inventive practice in the articulation between theory and experience in teacher education. It is a reflective experience report grounded in dialogical practices, in which the experiences of students, tutors, and professors in the formative process are analyzed. The results show that tutoring has become a pedagogical tool that fosters the construction of collective knowledge, promotes student engagement, and enhances the integration between students, teachers, and the community, encouraging the emergence of pedagogical inventiveness.
