Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9743This study analyzes the effects of mechanical vibrations on the wing of an aircraft prototype developed by the Uirapuru Aerodesign team, applying the Finite Element Method (FEM) as a structural simulation tool. The main objective was to evaluate the dynamic behavior of the wing and the potential occurrence of aeroelastic phenomena, such as resonance and flutter, under level-flight conditions. The methodology involved the geometric modeling of the wing using CAD software, definition of the mechanical properties of the composite materials, and the execution of modal and harmonic analyses in ANSYS. The mesh convergence study ensured numerical stability for element sizes up to 0.028 m, while the modal analysis revealed six vibration modes with natural frequencies ranging from 36.22 Hz to 291.05 Hz. The results showed predominant displacements in the vertical direction (Y-axis), whereas the excitation force acted along the Z-axis, indicating no coupling between the excitation and vibration directions. Thus, no significant vibratory amplification or aeroelastic instability was observed, confirming the structural stability of the wing under the simulated conditions.
