Based on a literature review, document analysis, and interviews with residents in 2025, it was found that the neighborhood remains excluded from public water and sewage networks, dependent on shallow wells and rudimentary septic tanks, with risks of contamination and water vulnerability. The collection of urban solid waste, implemented less than a year ago, presents limitations and irregularities, reinforcing internal inequalities within the territory itself. The results demonstrate that the Lama Negra locality was not included in the environmental conditions of the Belo Monte project nor in the goals foreseen in the New Legal Framework for Sanitation. This case highlights the persistence of socio-spatial inequalities in peripheral areas and reveals the need for integrated public policies that incorporate these territories into the urban planning of Altamira, guaranteeing the right to sanitation and socio-environmental justice.Acesso AbertoSaneamento básicoInvisibilidade urbanaDesigualdade socioespacialAltamiraBasic sanitationUrban invisibilitySocio-spatial inequalityCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::GEOGRAFIA::GEOGRAFIA HUMANA::GEOGRAFIA URBANAA invisibilidade urbana e o saneamento negado: um olhar sobre a localidade Lama Negra, Altamira- PATrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
