The objective of the study was to identify challenges in optimizing connectivity and data protection. The methodology included interviews with the professional responsible for the improvements and documentation of the network infrastructure. The results show that adopting technologies such as VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi network unification, and router upgrades significantly improved network security and stability.
