For this, was bibliographical and documentary with the use of books, scientific journals, theses, dissertations, com qualitative approach and developed a case study of selective dissemination of information service of the library of the Public Ministry. As a result there is a systematic work that meets all the members, advisors, legal analysts and military servers from all the head offices of the public prosecutor's Office in the State, adding value to the services provided, helping to meet the informational needs of these professionals, without those travelling to their workplaces, as the DSI that the library offers comes to them via email.
