Therefore, this study aims to describe the experiences in the health of the municipality of Portel network in Pará, with regard to assistance for leprosy patient. In this study a bibliographic approach and qualitative field research will be adopted. As data collection instrument will be used questionnaire with questions to the Municipal Health Bureau on the incidence of leprosy in the city of Portel. The consultations consist of the dialogue and qualified listening for leprosy patients as a way to make it an active subject in controlling the disease. The service consists of guidance and health education related to the disease process and supply of medicines. It concludes that is low incidence of leprosy in the city and the service aims to provide conditions to improve customer quality of life, so this needs to be guided on dialogue and qualified hearing.
