The sequences were developed for the 6th grade of Elementary School, with the aim of making Mathematics more interesting for students. Of a qualitative, exploratory, expository and propositional nature, the sequences were constructed taking into account the descriptors of the National Common Curricular Base from the perspective of the use of alternative and manipulative materials for teaching Mathematics.
