Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/2579The species Varronia multispicata belongs to the Boraginacea family and to the genus Varronia P. of which also belongs the species, Varronia curassavica, of industrial success in relation to the drug of vegetal origin. This work aimed to study the composition of the aqueous extract via the infusion of the Varronia multispicata species, as well as the botanical residue from this process, using techniques such as HPLC, UHPLC-MS / MS and Chromatography by exclusion. secondary metabolites of possible economic intersection to give subsidy to works that can evaluate the feasibility of economic exploitation of this waste. Fractionation of the aqueous extract was performed by stationary phase chromatography with dextran, and analyzed by HPLC. Extractions of the cake were given with methanol and hexane, and the residue was characterized as the compound 7,2 ', 4', 5'-Tetramethoxy-6,6'-dihydroxyflavone.Acesso AbertoVarronia multispicata7,2’,4’,5’-Tetrametoxi-6,6’-dihidroxiflavonaEspectrometria de massasCNPQ::CIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS::FARMACOLOGIA::FARMACOLOGIA BIOQUIMICA E MOLECULAREstudo químico do resíduo de extração da espécie Varronia multispicata (cham) borhidi (boraginaceae)Trabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
