Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.It is a disease of insidious nature, whith the pumlmonary form being the most prevalente clinical presentation. For this reason, the objective of the research is to analyze the clinical epidemiological profile of the pathology in the state of Pará from 2010 to 2021. In order to understand the preponderant characteristics contributing to the increase in the incidence rate, given that tuberculosis is a disease with historical reports but has not been effectively controlled, variables such as gender, age group, educational level, government benefits, the most prevalente clinical form, associated diseases and condition of the disease in the munucupalities of the state of Pará were analyzed inthis research. Based on the research results, it is noted that tuberculosis is a highly prevalente disease that affects the male gender more. Regarding the level of education, it is observed that individuals with lower education are more affected. It more frequently affects individuals in the age group of 20 to 49 years, with the most frequently clinical form being pulmonar. Additionally, associated complications with the disease can be evidenced with the use of alcoholic beverages, smoking, mental disease,diabtetes and illicit drugs.
