Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/3753This work discusses the linguistic-discursive aspects of the litany of Our Lady of the Furo Panacuera community in Abaetetuba-Pa. The objective is to discuss the litany of Our Lady as a manifestation of identity in the Furo Panacuera from the linguistic-discursive way of realization given by the community members. The theoretical basis is supported by Coelho and Mesquita (2013), Silva (2012) and Nascimento and Paula (2014). Methodologically, it corresponds to a field research, and have as corpus the litany of Our Lady. The results reveal that the litany performed in the Furo Panacuera community received some modifications compared to the original Latin version, such as phenomena related to the addition and omission of phonemes (epenthesis, paragoge, prosthesis, apheresis, syncope, among others), exchange and substitution of phonemes (dissimilation), further to the addition and repetition of some invocations. It is concluded that the litany of Our Lady was confirmed as a manifestation of culture and identity of the riverside of the Furo Panacuera. The population had to adapt so that the litany continued to take place in the community, either by translating some parts into Portuguese, as well as transcribing the litany so that more people would have access and learn the lyrics, since the litany is part of the culture and identity that belongs to the riverside people.Acesso AbertoLínguaCulturaLadainhaLanguageCultureLitanyCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LINGUISTICATrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Artigo
