Being recent in the software projects context, it is necessary to search for approaches (techniques, processes models, processes frameworks, tools, methodologies and related) which will give support to the application of this technique be made in an effective way in each software project, resulting in outcomes that will satisfy the people interested in it. These approaches must have, preferentially, successful cases of their implementation in the literature, so that the organizations, which wish to implement them, can have a basis to make it happen. Thus, the use of a trustable, strict and auditable method, which aims to investigate in the literature the SPC approaches, on the software projects context, can support organizations in the definition or improvement of their processes. In this context, the goal of this paper is to apply Systematic Literature Review for Statistical Processes Control techniques in order to discover these approaches and produce inputs that can serve as basis to further studies related to Evidence-Based Software Engineering.
