Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9902This article addresses the application of educational games with second-grade students in the early years of elementary school, developed within the scope of the Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID). The general objective of this work is to analyze the contributions of games with pedagogical intent to the literacy process. The process began with a diagnosis with the students, followed by game planning, game implementation, and finally, an evaluation of the classroom activities. The analysis focused on the contributions of using games to the literacy process, highlighting the importance of developing phonological awareness.
