| dc.description.abstract | In view of the increase in longevity, associated with gender violence perpetrated against the elderly woman, a study on the theme for the municipality of Abaetetuba-PA was necessary. Thus, the present study aimed to characterize the profile of elderly women victims of violence, attended at the Specialized Reference Center for Women 's Care (CREAM) in Abaetetuba / PA, from January 2013 to October 2017. To do so, we use some literature that addresses the issue of aging, gender violence and specifically, violence against older women. Through data collection, conducted through the field and documentary research, we were able to analyze the profile of elderly women who suffer violations of their rights in the municipality. The work intends to contribute with the small bibliography on the subject, mainly in the municipality of Abaetetuba / PA, and thus, to collaborate with the expansion of the discussion about the object of the research, in the current conjuncture. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Diante do aumento da longevidade, associada à violência de gênero perpetrada contra a mulher idosa, surgiu à necessidade de um estudo sobre o tema voltado para o município de Abaetetuba-PA. O presente trabalho objetivou caracterizar o perfil das mulheres idosas vítimas de violência, atendidas no Centro de Referência Especializado de Atendimento à Mulher (CREAM) em Abaetetuba/PA, no período de janeiro de 2013 a outubro de 2017. Para tanto, utilizamos algumas literaturas que tratam a questão do envelhecimento, da violência de gênero e especificamente, da violência cometida contra a mulher idosa. Através da coleta de dados, realizada por meio da pesquisa de campo e documental, conseguimos analisar o perfil das mulheres idosas que sofrem violações de seus direitos no município. O trabalho pretende contribuir com a ínfima bibliografia sobre a temática, principalmente no município de Abaetetuba/PA, e assim, colaborar com a ampliação da discussão sobre o objeto da pesquisa, na atual conjuntura. | pt_BR |
